RETURNS

Due to the energetic integrity and customization of orgonite & crystals, items are not exchangeable or returnable. All sales are final.

WHAT IF I MADE A PURCHASE AND NEED TO CANCEL?

If an item has not yet shipped, we are happy to issue a refund within 24 hours of purchase. However, please be aware that any applicable transaction fees for reversing the payment is not recuperable. All shipped items are final sale.

WHAT IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE AN APPAREL ITEM?

We do encourage customers to read the sizing map on the apparel item prior to purchase. However, if you are unhappy with the fit upon arrival, please notify support@teamlight.com within 5 days of your package's arrival, and we will be happy to create an exchange! Shipping expenses will be covered by the customer.

RESTOCKING FEE POLICY

All returns are subject to a mandatory 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total order amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be credited under any circumstances. The restocking fee is non-refundable and applies to all returned items, regardless of reason.
